Who we are

This website (localaicreator.com) and the TopLocal Studio desktop app are provided by TopLocalAI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States ("we", "us").

This policy explains what information is processed when you visit the website or use the app. The short version: we do not collect personal data through the website or the app.

The website

No accounts, no forms that store your data

The website has no user accounts and does not ask you to sign up. We do not run payments on the website.

Server logs

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel automatically records standard server logs when you load a page. These logs can include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page. They are used to operate and secure the service. Vercel processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

The website uses cookies only to remember your language and theme (light or dark) preferences. See our Cookie Policy for details.

The app

TopLocal Studio runs on your own computer. Your prompts, images, recordings, lyrics and all generated files stay on your device. The app does not upload them anywhere, does not need an account and does not include analytics.

The app only connects to the internet in these cases:

• Model downloads. When you download a model, the app fetches it from Hugging Face, or from the hf-mirror.com mirror if you turn it on. These services receive the usual technical information of a download request, such as your IP address. If you enter a Hugging Face access token for the video model, it is sent to Hugging Face with those downloads.
• Links you open. When you click a link in the app, it opens in your browser, and the website you visit handles your data under its own policies.

After the models you need are downloaded, the app works fully offline.

Purchases

The ready-made installers are sold through Patreon. Payment and the related personal data (such as your name, email address and payment details) are handled by Patreon under Patreon's terms and privacy policy. We may receive information from Patreon that is needed to provide your purchase, such as your Patreon name and email address.

Emails to support

If you email us at support@localaicreator.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to reply to you and help with your request.

Children

The website and app are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
